Shipping, Exchanges, & Cancellation Policy

Erimish Return & Exchange Policy 

At Erimish, we want you to love your stack! While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange to ensure you find something that fits your style perfectly.

Here’s how it works:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in new condition.

  • Personalized or custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue you store credit or send out your exchange.

To start a return, please email our customer service team at retail@erimish.com with your order number.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders ship within 5–7 business days (custom orders may take up to 4 weeks).

  • Transit time shown is based on the carrier’s delivery schedule and does not include order processing or handling time. We do our best to process orders quickly so your package gets on its way without delay. ** Shipping may be delayed during holidays or promotions.
  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout or on file. Please ensure accuracy—Erimish is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Additional charges may apply for reshipments.

  • Undeliverable packages returned to Erimish will incur reshipping fees.

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order ships. Please verify your email address is correct.

  • Erimish is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For issues, contact UPS/USPS with your tracking number before reaching out to us.

  • To add items to an existing order, place the additional order by 2:00 pm CST the same day and note your original order number at checkout to qualify for combined shipping/refunds. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST cannot be guaranteed to combine.

 Damage/Loss Policy

  • Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages: Erimish is not responsible. Please contact UPS/USPS with your tracking number before reaching out to us.

  • Damaged Items: Contact retail@erimish.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We replace/repair when possible.

  • Damaged or Missing Products: Refunds or replacements available within 10 days of receipt. Items under $9 are refunded only (no exchanges).

  • Watch Bands: Refund/exchange within 30 days for string, snap, or connector issues only. (Excludes watch damage.)

  • Charging Cables: Refund/exchange within 30 days. (Excludes device damage.)

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund (processed within 3 business days).

  • Final Sale: All sale, pre-order, and custom items cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, hateful, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or brand.
