My first one broke but they sent me a new one to replace it. And a new replacement end in case it happened again!

I just received my charger yesterday. I have to say it’s bigger than I thought the beads are so it is slightly a little bit awkward. But as soon as I plugged it into my phone, the end of the cable attachment that charges the phone broke that was very disappointing. Luckily, they also sent an extra one, but if that breaks as easy as the first one, I don’t know what to do.
