We are so sorry to hear that! It appears as if this order was placed on 1/1 and shipped on 1/6. Have you contacted USPS regarding this delivery? If you have not we recommend doing so. If they are unable to locate your package, or deem it a lost package let us know and we will be happy to file a lost package claim.
