Supposed to say MOM. M arrived damaged and completely broken off. Bc it was sent in a bag when things like this should be in a box for this very reason. Was told to glue back on myself for a $5 credit. Will be filing a dispute with bank. Will not order again when i had plans to buy a few more

Our original response stated:

“We’re so sorry to hear about the issue with your order and thank you for the photos. We use E6000 to hand-glue all of our letters, but on rare occasions they can become damaged in transit. We’re happy to offer a couple of solutions to make this right. If you prefer to reattach the letter yourself, we can provide a $5 credit for the inconvenience. Alternatively, we can ship a replacement letter directly to you. Please let us know which option you’d like to move forward with.

If you would like to send the item back we would be happy to offer a refund.”

You were also provided with a return shipping label so the item could be returned for a refund. Therefore, it is inaccurate to state that you were only offered a $5 credit and told to repair the item yourself.
