The watchband I purchased did not close properly. The band continued to open. However, when I reached out to customer service and told them my issue, they said they would gladly replace it. So I’m happy about that because I really like this watch band.

I was able to wear the full stack for about 4 hours and then two of the rhinestone bracelets stretched as if the string was old and just stayed loose. It’s disappointing paying almost $50 for them to start falling apart after one wear.
