The bracelet shown with the purple and yellow on it was not in this group of bracelets so that was kind of disappointing, but everything else is pretty

Hi Laura, We just responded to the email you sent this morning. It appears as if the order was lost in transit according to the order's tracking number. A claim was filed with the carrier and a replacement package is currently processing. As soon as it is scanned by the carrier you will receive updated tracking information.
I bought me and my granddaughter one and we both love them.
